They have been practicing attorneys since 1973 and 1974, respectively, and currently reside in Southern Utah with offices in St. George, Utah.
Mr. and Mrs. Dabney limit their practice to Social Security, workers compensation and related personal injury disability law. The general type of claims that they handle are of a serious, work-terminating and sometimes life-threatening nature. Mr. Dabney specializes in Social Security law and litigation and is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives, the Utah Trial Lawyers Association and the Utah State Bar.
Mrs. Dabney also specializes in Social Security law, was previously a Staff Attorney with the Office of Hearings and Appeals of the Social Security Administration in Salt Lake City, Utah for approximately three years, and is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives and the Utah State Bar.
